Yahoo Mail Spam?

Does anyone know how I can eliminate the Spam Mail that is finding it's way into my Inbox. My Filter is set at it's highest and it does Filter out the Majority of unwanted mail. Still everyday at least 6 or 8 Spam Mails get by. Whats up with that ?? Does anyone have a suggestion ? I hate getting this unwanted Spam. Thanks PS... If there is something else I can do and you provide Directions p-lease be SPECIFIC. I am not the most Computer Literate person on the Internet...
