Question about applying for WIC?

so I am married and make about $2100/mo. of course I bring less home but I have a friend on WIC who told me that I should apply. She said it didn't matter about income or matter if I was married....is this true. Is she just misinformed like I ume. I don't want to apply if I'm not even applicable. I have a 4 year old daughter and am currently pregnant(2 months). Please Help!
