Can the urge to urinate affect ual arousal in women?

i have been facing this problem , my fiancee doesn't seem to be getting ,briefly after our engagement we started a ual relationship, the desire is there but she just wont seem to be getting turned on . We have had on a couple of occasions and in none of them has she been , her is dry , and she doesn't get any pleasurable sensations during but i have noticed however that after each time she goes to the bathroom to pee and on one occasion told me she wanted to pee before the .. and she is also a child ual abuse victim
