Does Shaq in Phoenix mean we'll be seeing Hack-a-Shaq all playoffs long?

If Phoenix has an NBA-best 110.4 offensive rating (which as I understand it means they score 110.4 points per 100 possessions), and Shaq shoots 48% from the line, then statistically, shouldn't teams just foul him in the 4th quarter of games every time he touches the ball, even on defensive rebounds? It would stop the Phoenix running game, and make their games ridiculously boring and slow and irritating, but it sounds to me like it's pretty likely to happen. He got hacked all the time on lesser offenses in LA & Miami, so am I wrong to think it will happen much, much more in Phoenix?
