Where can I ride an elephant in India? ALSO how can i get to Lumbini, Nepal? ?

I want to plan a trip to Delhi, Agra & Jaipur, India. While I am there I want to ride an elephant! Do they offer that at any of the 3 places? ALSO, I want to visit Lumbini, Nepal. What is the fastest & safest way I can get there from any of the 3 cities. Thanks!
