nope there is nothing u can do. no matter how much moisturizer u use you will still look the same just with soft skin. your 14 so your in puberty which means that your just growing into what your going to look like as an adult. no one looks like the person they did as a child. there are a lot of people who were cute as kids and as adults look like hot garbage and there are people who were ugly as kids and now are y as adults. so this is normal.
