Xbox Elite all games have perfect circle but...just tried them now and works fine? Will it stop working later?

The perfect circle is caused by the imperfect design of the xbox. Yes the games can run, but some may lock up or give a disk read error. you can use a disk cleaner (or exchange it with game manufacturer).
