Looking for a movie title from what I can remember of the opening?

I remember in the opening, within the first 15 minutes, a man is running from the cops. This fugitive has run up into a tree house and a woman comes out calling up to him, mistaking him for somebody else. She attempts to entice this man down by opening her skirt, revealing her panties, and suggesting a ual activity they could partake in. This scene is cut to switch between the white male actor in the tree house and the female on the ground back and forth. This is where the movie was cut off and video returned. Any guess as to what the movie would be?
