If China put America on a skewer and defeated it, would Americans benefit in any odd ways like.. free chinese?

food, there wouldn't be a trade deficit with chinmart, hummers would only be affordable to government employees and not jerks who ride them noways, would American's finally learn how to say things in Chinese :-/
