How can I even out the tan on my arms?

My job calls for me to spend a lot of time outside. And even though I drive around most of the time, my arms have gotten really tanned. Unfortunately, everything above my elbow is white. I can't wear sleeveless tshirts, so what can I do cause this is really ugly?
